Raining...Reading...Baking...

Today was just another one of those days... Rain always makes me just want to curl up in my bed with a good book and read the day away. I read some today while babysitting and enjoyed it very much. I'm looking forward to finishing my book probably tomorrow and then start on another one!

All day I was in the mood to bake cookies. So eventually I gave in and made a double batch of chocolate chip cookies. Meaghan was so excited that we were making cookies that she had to help me make them. I was very excited about baking cookies also, its been a while since I have cooked or baked anything and can't wait to do it again sometime soon. I absolutely love to cook and bake. Hope Lynnette doesn't mind me taking over the kitchen once in awhile while I'm here.
I was so glad to actually go home this past weekend. I worked, slept, and then got very hyper. While I was home I went outside and played with Boomer. It was a thrill to run in the clean country air with my dog. I absolutely love the country and miss it very much.I have more that I want to blog about, but I'm going to read for awhile and then head off to sleep. Good-night all

Summer at last

Summer is officially here! I am very thankful for the break from school. It was kind of hard for me to say my goodbyes to all my friends. One of my very best friends graduated, and will not be returning in the fall, but thankfully we will still be in contact with each other. I miss you Christy. To all my other friends I will miss you greatly over the summer. I must say I have some of the best friends ever.

It's good to be "home." My brother's isn't home, but it's working just fine and I'm making it my home for the summer. I must say that its good to be with family instead of a dorm full of girls. My niece and nephew are just the cutest little things ever. Meaghan is getting used to me being there, but she is still struggling some. I have been informed that it's Meaghan's bathroom, Meaghan's room, Meaghan's house, everything is Meaghan's and she can't figure out why she has to share now with Aunt Sarah. On the other hand Kaiden loves having me here to be the person to spit up on. I don't believe I have ever had a child to spit up on me as much as he has. Anyways most importantly there are so many benefits of being at home instead of the dorm.

Benefits:
1. A shower that is clean and I actually have room to move in
2. I can walk around barefoot in the house without the fear of getting fungus or whatever is living in the dorm's carpet.
3. I can now wear my hair down, short sleeves, and most of all flip-flops/sandals.
4. Home cooked food
5. Being able to sleep in (on my days off) until my little heart is content.
(Okay so these are just a few but very great benefits to have!)

Tonight, I stopped by school and picked up a syllabi and some work for the fall. Going to try and get as much done in this class as possible. After I got finished babysitting I stopped by saw Ange, and then came home. Ate supper, changed clothes and then headed down to riverfront! Chris, Jesse, Ange, Amber, Rochelle, Alvin, Valerie, Jessica, Becky, Donny, myself, and a bunch of teens from Teen Power went to riverfront to play a little volleyball. It was a lot of fun, and I enjoyed spending time with the teens.

I'm tired and think I'm going to call it a day. Tomorrow my day starts at 7 in the morning and will go to at least 11:30 tomorrow night. The most exciting thing about it all is I am going home tomorrow and going to spend until Monday or Tuesday at home. Until next time...good-night

A mixture of stuff....

It's late and I should be in bed, but I'm sitting here holding Kaiden who is fighting sleep terribly.
Finals are finally over and I am so glad that they are over.
Camp meeting is here and we have had awesome services each time.

Summer is almost here, and I will be very grateful for the break. I will be staying in Cincinnati, for the first month and a half. I will be living with my brother and his family, and being a nanny for three different families. In July I will head to New Mexico for three weeks. I'm very excited about this. This will be part of my internship and I can't wait until the time comes. The group going out is going to be a fun group, and ones that I WILL be really close to when I return.

I believe that I'm going to tell my family good-bye and make the drive back to GBS. Hopefully sleep will come shortly after I arrive in my bed.(sorry for all the rambling)

Good-night friends,
- SKW

This to shall pass...

I, SARAH WILLIAMS, hereby of a very overworked, exhausted, but partially sound mind, do commit diligently to not jump off a very popular bridge, which is also known by a color. Although, very tempted I will refrain. I do know that my life has more purpose then the current state that it is in.

Finals are here...

Camp meeting is on the way..

Sarah just needs it to all go away...

Soon it shall be here....hopefully
