This past weekend was an excellent weekend! I was able to get a lot of homework accomplished. I am currently not as stressed as I was before. Last night, was a good night and a bad night all combined. My volleyball team won again! This is the good thing about last night, the bad thing is that I got hit in the head with a football thrown from across the gym. Yes, it did hurt and I still have a headache from it, but I must say I'm thankful nothing bad came of it.
Last week I got an answer to prayer and I'm very thankful for that! God always seems to work things out just when you don't think they will. There was a situation that I just didn't know how it was going to work out. I was getting a little stressed about it, but I knew God knew what was going on and would provide when it was best. I had just stopped thinking about it and knew that it would all be okay, when someone that I haven't talked to in a long time came up to me and said that they had been thinking about me. In the midst of this my prayer had been answered, and it was a reassurance from God that He has my best interest in mind! I'm thankful that I serve a God who holds all the water in the universe in his hands, and He's the same God who takes care of me

A glimpse into Sarah's week so far
I am so happy tonight! My volleyball team won both of our games. This is something that we haven't gotten accomplished in awhile. I have a good team, but we for some odd reason haven't been playing together as a team. But tonight we saw a miracle...hehe Hopefully this is the beginning of a winning streak!
This past weekend I was able to go home and had a good time. Most of my family was there and it was great to have time to just relax and get homework done. Sunday morning Reflection trio, from GBS, was at our church and they did an excellent job. I especially enjoyed Shane and Brennan Muir on the guitars. They are both very talented and it added an extra flavor to the service.
This week looks like its going to be another week of busyness. I'm not looking forward to it but I will make it.....A part of a verse is coming to mind at the moment....and this too shall pass." I'm going to head off and tackle the homework now.

It is a Joy to be a Christian!
The thing that keeps amazing me about God is that He is concerned about every detail in our lives from the greatest to the smallest. So many times I have found myself just thanking God for the "little" things. He cares about every situation! How amazing is that?
Many times I think where would I be, or what would my view of God be, if I had been born in a different family, or let alone a different country. I'm glad that I know the true and living God and my desire is to see others come into a personal relationship with him. There is no greater thing!
As I was having my devotions today, I came across these two quotes that I had taken during chapel service:
I am either making spiritual progress or drifting there is NO standing still- Dr. Brown
God loves you as if you’re the only person in the world to love.- H.B. London
The first one, yes, can be a little disturbing but has a good meaning with it also. The second one is one that I've been thinking about all day. He loves ME like there is no one else to love! I serve an AWESOME GOD!

Catching Up!
So it has been awhile since I have blogged and I have a lot of catching up to do. Saturday the 12th I had a beautiful nephew born. He weighed 8lbs 20 1/4in. I will have to put pictures up sometime soon. This week we just finished the second week of classes and Revival. Rev. Rodney Loper was the preacher this week and he did a wonderful job. Yesterday we had an awesome morning service. There was no preaching but an alter service and after that we had a confession time. It is a service that I will never forget. Life is busy already with all of the school work that is hanging over my shoulder. Tonight I am having supper with Becky & Donnie and their wonderful children. A couple other people from school our here it should be a good fun night!
Well, I think thats it for now hopefully I will be back soon.

Moments...
Happy moments, PRAISE God
Difficult moments, SEEK God
Quiet moments, WORSHIP God
Painful moments, TRUST God
Every moment, THANK God
I came across this the other day and I think that it is wonderful. God allows things to happen in our life's for a reason and we really don't know why but for those times I'm grateful. I personally have been in everyone of these situations before and haven't done what I should of done. For this I'm not proud of, but just the other day some things happened and for me it fell under the Difficult & Painful areas. I simple did what this says; I sought God and trusted, for that was all that I could do.
